Due to COVID-19 restrictions and the latest advice from Government and the Department of Education, Skills and Employment, ParentsNext services will continue to operate but we will not be seeing participants face-to-face, except for exceptional circumstances.
All our ParentsNext services, except for Sunshine (266 Hampshire Road) and Melton (241 Station Road), are closed to the public, but our consultants are continuing to provide phone and online support to all our participants across all eleven of our sites.
Our consultants will be making phone, text message, email and/or video conference contact with all of our ParentsNext participants on a monthly basis starting in April. If you require our services before us making contact with you, please contact your consultants directly on their work mobile numbers.

Our commitment to supporting you achieve your education, skills and employment goals remain unchanged. We will be actively working on providing the safest and most flexible, remote and online learning options to you. We are also committed to supporting you with any other non-vocational needs, such as emergency food supplies, advice on financial assistance packages, referrals to domestic violence and/or mental health services and direct job placement assistance for anyone who is ready and willing to work.
