This course will allow you to gain the skills and knowledge required to extract and serve espresso coffee. This includes how to operate a coffee machine and make beverages including cappuccino, latte, flat white and hot chocolate.

Successful completion of this course will result in a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment listing the unit SITHFAB025 Prepare and serve espresso coffee.

To undertake SITHFAB025 Prepare and serve espresso coffee (Barista) student must first have completed SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety (Food Handling) or an equivalent & provide proof of this.
