Introduction to Cafe Skills

Learn how to use a coffee machine to make a range of coffees such as; café latte, cappuccino, espresso, flat white, long black, mocha, piccolo latte, ristretto, short and long black macchiato.  Learn the basic principles of maintaining a hygienic work environment. Create a pathway to successfully attaining a Barista Certificate and Level 1 Food Handlers Certificate.

ACFE eligible students enrolled and paid in full for the Professional Barista Training & Level 1 Food Handlers Package will be able to undertake this course FREE.

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements although it is expected that students will have basic literacy and numeracy skills, moderate computer, internet and email skills.
