Role:
Your new generalist HR hands on role will see you autonomously coordinate and implement a broad range of HR responsibilities, supporting staff and partnering with managers right across the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
This will include:
- Providing up to date advice to managers and staff on HR-related matters
- Conducting and coordinating recruitment, induction and performance development activities in a safe and inclusive culture
- Leading the phased rollout of HRMIS software platform (ELMO) to manage people, processes and pay
- Supporting aspects of the WHS function including injury management and return to work, ensuring compliance and risk management
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this position, you will:
- Have previous experience working in a similar position as a HR Business Partner or ready to move up from a HR Coordinator level
- Have a strong passion for HR and like to roll up your sleeves to hit the ground running
- Have experience working with key stakeholders across an organisation
- Comfortable performing in an agile and autonomous role in a supportive environment
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources (Diploma or equivalent)
- Australian Drivers Licence
