Program:
Djerriwarrh, trading as Learning for Employment (LfE), is contracted by the Federal Department of Employment and Workplace Relations to deliver the Skills for Education and Employment program (SEE) across Western Melbourne, Northwest Melbourne, Inner Melbourne, Barwon and Ballarat Contract Regions. Learning for Employment (LfE) comprises of six community education Learn Local providers.
SEE helps eligible job seekers learn the skills they need to get the job they want by improving their language, reading, writing, numeracy and digital skills.
Role:
The SEE Manager is responsible for managing Djerriwarrh’s delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment program (SEE) in Sunshine, Melton and Ballarat. This position is based in Sunshine or Melton.
The SEE Manager leads a team of staff including LLN teachers, Team Leaders, and a team of administrators to deliver LLN education and training. The position has direct operational responsibility for the delivery of the SEE Program.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary level qualification in education/related field or extensive relevant experience.
