About Djerriwarrh’s SEE program:

• It’s for both speakers of English as a second language and native English speakers.
• You can build confidence, make friends and engage with your community.
• We offer a supportive adult learning environment.
• SEE may fulfill a Mutual Obligation you have from Services Australia.
• We have qualified specialist trainers and small class sizes.
• Work experience can be a part of SEE and you can still look for work while doing SEE.
• SEE can help you create a pathway to work or further education.
• SEE can be tailored for a workplace and the people who are already working there.
• SEE can help you with everyday tasks like filling in forms and reading to your child.

For Employers, Industry Associations and Unions

Djerriwarrh’s SEE Program also provides the opportunity for employers, industry associations and unions to participate in the program to improve the skills of employees through workplace-based training.

• For employers, this flexible training can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your business and can be delivered directly to your employees in the workplace at a time convenient to you.
• For Industry Associations, this training can be delivered to the employees of your members and tailored to meet industry needs.
• For unions, this training can be delivered to your members and tailored to meet their specific needs.

About Learning for Employment

Learning for Employment (LfE) was established in 2001 and has delivered the SEE program since then. LfE began delivering the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) on 1 July 2017. The SEE and AMEP programs are respectively funded by the Australian government’s Department of Employment and Workplace Relations and the Department of Home Affairs.

Djerriwarrh Community & Education Services trades as Learning for Employment for the delivery of SEE and AMEP. The organisations who deliver programs and provide services on behalf of Learning for Employment are:
