Program:
Parent Pathways is a completely voluntary program that aims to provide support services to meet parents where they’re at, both in location and their stage of life, whether that’s helping parents identify their strengths, develop a new skill, plan for future work or study or access financial support or a referral to community support services to address difficulties they may be experiencing.
Role:
As a Parent Mentor within our Parent Pathways team, you will play a key role in helping parents and primary carers of young children identify their goals and create a plan for their future. You will provide guidance and support as they work to overcome challenges and progress towards their educational and employment aspirations. This is a rewarding position where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of families by empowering them to achieve their goals. We are looking for qualified and experienced Parent Mentors with a passion for supporting families to join our team in the Ballarat and Barwon regions.
